- Order (preorder items) : At least 50% of deposit required.
- Booking (ready stock items) : RM50 deposit. Only items with deposit will be reserved.
- No cancellation. Deposit is not returnable, think wisely before you order or reserve any item. Deposit only will be refunded if items not in stock.
- Any items reserved need to be paid off within 4 weeks or they will be released back for sale.

4. Payment :-
- Cash on delivery.
- Deposit to my bank account.
- Installment (for certain items).
- Please inform and email the transaction details once you have made your payment to avoid misconstrue.

5. Shipping & Delivery :-
- Ship to Malaysia and Brunei.
- COD (Bdr Sri Damansara only)
- PosLaju (charge will be based on weight & size of items)
- Dispatch delivery (KLCC, RM10 per trip)

6. Any pre-order items from USA will take about 2-4 weeks while for ready stock items, 2-3 working days. Occasionally, there will be delay due to certain circumstances.

7. All sales are final. No warranty, refundable, exchangeable and returnable for all items.

8. Seller will not be responsible for any lost or damage of items during shipping.
